Our troubled teen programs provide structure, support, and intervention to help young girls navigate difficult situations.
Life is full of struggles, but few times are as turbulent and emotionally taxing as the adolescent and teenage years. For young people facing significant challenges, whether emotional, behavioral, social, academic, or otherwise, specialized programs like what we offer at House of Hope Piedmont can make a huge difference and offer a critical pathway to recovery and growth. Our troubled teen programs provide structure, support, and intervention to help young people successfully navigate their difficulties and work toward positive change in their lives.
We differ from many of the troubled teen programs in the area because, in addition to offering emotional, behavioral, and academic support, we also focus on feeding and healing the spirit. Our faith-based troubled teen programs focus on the total well-being of participants, providing 24/7 supervision and support in a loving, Christ-centered, home-like environment.
Over the course of our six-phase program, your child will learn valuable life skills, further their academic development, and participate in individual, group, and family counseling sessions focused on providing healing for the child and their loved ones. Participants can also take up therapeutic activities like gardening, music therapy, creative writing, sewing, and more, helping further their development and equipping them with healthy hobbies they can enjoy and get fulfillment from long after they leave our program.
We welcome young girls between the ages of 13 and 17 living in and around the Greensboro, North Carolina area to participate in our troubled teen programs. Reach out to us today to learn more about what we have to offer!
